My reverse mortgage gives me the relief to know I won’t have to make a big mortgage payment and therefore feel financial secure. I know that I can remain in my home with my dogs for the rest of my life. It makes me very happy!

A Reverse mortgage was just the ticket for me! While I was getting along fine on my income, when needs or wants would arise it was sometimes difficult to “save up” for the situation. So by using proceeds from a portion of my home equity I am able to resolve my list of needs and wants while also reducing the amount of my regular monthly obligations.
